It is essential that you read the terms and conditions of the1xSlots of services offered on the platform. If you do not wish to participate in the terms, we recommend not to process the account registration. If you have an account, it must be deleted. By creating and using your account you are accepting the included terms of use of the offered services.

The above conditions are governed by Cyprus and its published laws.

As the operator of the official Curaçao license No. 8048/JAZ, Orakum N.V. generates the information of the services applied in 1xslot, together with MARIKIT HOLDINGS LTD (HE 351206) and Zavbin LTD (numbering HE 4000081). The billing supported with the services is processed under the address of Annis Marias 9, Mavrikios Court, Office Flat 15, 3071 Limassol, Cyprus.

Each section of the requirements in terms, complementing the phases with "We", "Our" is the representation of the Company to the users who are part of the platform, governed directly by the requirements line 1.1.

Change in terms

In any situation, the company has the power to withdraw, modify or delete the service provided on your account. According to the regulations, the company is not required to admit notification or notice of changes in the case.

Prohibiting or inhibiting users from accessing its platform is permitted by the Company when suspicions or infractions are detected, for the protection of the regulations and other users. Services or promotions may be withdrawn under the same conditions.

Updates or modifications to the requirements are permitted by the company if necessary, and are enforced upon official publication. Users with accounts must refer to the terms to be able to participate in changes.

Legal requirements

  1. By processing the creation of your account on the platform you agree to the following:

  2. The user is aware of the conditions of legality in his country for gambling. Upon registration, the customer confirms that his actions are based on the legality of gambling, withdrawals and transactions in his country.
  3. The consequences are on the user for not complying with legalities. The company can demand the closure of an account if it is found that activities are not permitted in its locality. Illegalities result in denial of promotions, pauses in deposits or withdrawals and removal of current bets. Investigative processes will not be the responsibility of the company if legal non-compliance occurs.
